Go Far on Wednesday

Wednesday... It may not be the dreaded Monday, but it's still not close enough to the upcoming weekend, right?! Let's take Wednesday and own it! Let's take the time we spend hoping for the weekend and use it to be more active and record more miles!

For this event, we've created a goal for the day for each Fitness Zone. You can just reach the goal, or you can challenge yourself to do even more. We definitely encourage you to do the latter! 

If the weather permits, go out and explore the outdoors; go for a hike, an extra walk around the neighborhood, take the kids to the park, or even to the local track where they can get in some activity as well! Whatever you do, keep moving! Don't get stagnant because the moment you get comfortable on that couch, your body is going to want to stay there for the rest of the day! 

Achieve your Fitness Zone minimum and earn 3000 status points!

Fitness Zone Minimums: 

  • Red: 2 miles
  • Yellow: 3 miles
  • Blue: 4 miles
  • Green: 5 miles
  • Black: 8 miles
  • Platinum: 12 miles

The Details:
• Register by: 11:59 p.m. April 11th
• Event Date: April 12th
• Goal: Achieve your fitness zone distance requirement
• Points: 3,000 Status Points
• Upload Deadline: 11:59 p.m. April 14th
• Points for this event will be awarded by April 16th
